According to the Article 9 of the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Character (Official Gazette of RM No. 13/06), the Ombudsman of the Republic of Macedonia has the following

The Ombudsman List of Information with Public Character is consisted by following documents:

According to the Article 8 of the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Character for mediation and help of the citizens in realization of their right on free access to information of public character the Ombudsman appointed two persons from his staff:

Citizens of the Republic of Macedonia can get information of public character made by the Ombudsman by filling of the Request for Access to Information of Public Character. Citizens can obtain such request at the Ombudsman Archive.
