The Ombudsman concludes with concern that aside of calling upon all involved parties in the election process to refrain from involving children in the election campaigns, still during this period there are cases of abuse of children for partisan-political purposes.

In order to protect the best interest of the child, the Ombudsman once again reminds that the abuse of children means a severe violation of their freedoms and rights. At the same time he calls for protection of children from political and ideological manipulations.
